About

Hi, I’m Melissa, but most people call me Mel. It’s lovely to meet you.

I’m a social media executive, blogger and unstoppable cat cuddler (partial to the occasional dog also).

I strongly believe that mental health needs to be an honest and open conversation. I’m all about breaking down those walls and ending the stigma, which is why I’ve been blogging about my own struggles and the experiences I’ve had. I hope that by sharing my journey I can help others to feel less alone.

I’m unreasonably good at Mario Kart, watch too much TV and enjoy a good game of badminton.

Hobbies also include eating, thinking about eating and generally being an all-round ridiculous human being.

That’s me out the way, now I’d love for you to tell me a little bit about yourself. I’m always up for a good chat and can normally be found lurking on Twitter. Come say hi!
